Confirmation can be celebrated in the last year of primary school in our diocese. Students must be registered parishioners and complete a course of study and be attending Mass.

A sponsor is required; who must be at least 16 years of age, active in their faith, and have received both Holy Eucharist and Confirmation.

Receipt of this sacrament is in Spring each year. Bishop Philip Boyce OCD, Apostolic Administrator of Dromore presiding.
